About BAB network group
Business Associates Breakfast (BAB) was founded by the original members of this networking group. It was designed for small business owners to meet regularly to promote each other's business. The format for the group is similar to other networking groups, however, caters to the requests of the individual members. Our goal is to make the group cost efficient as there are no profits for founding members.Roles of the Membership Team

- Make sure the meetings start and end on time - Create the presentation schedule, including guest speakers - Send out weekly reminder of upcoming events - Report Announcements at every meeting (i.e. new members, current issues) |
| Treasurer David |
- Collect dues and maintain bank account - Pay for breakfast - Write cheques for any expenses the group incurs - Coordinate with Restaurant when an issue arises |
| Membership Coordinator Connie |
- Review applications for overlapping of businesses - Greet guests and ensure they understand how our group works |
| Statistician Matt |
- Collect stats of referrals and guests - Present the data at each meeting - Maintain supply of business cards and other promotional items |
| Group Marketing Rep Connie & Trudy |
- Responsible for the creation of referral sheets and promotional pieces, i.e. group business cards, etc |
* All members are responsible for resolving issues between other members of the group.
